In each product file and in the category lists you can find two button types which automatically show the availability of all our products:
The "PURCHASE" button indicates that you can purchase the item. When you add the product to your shopping cart it will indicate whether this product is in stock. Delivery times will vary depending on the whether the product is in stock.
The "RESERVE" button indicates that the product you have chosen is not available because it is a new product that has not yet been released. If you click on this button we will reserve the product that you have chosen and it will be added to your shopping cart.
When TIENDA OCIOJOVEN does not have an item in stock, we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date so the times indicated should be used as a rough guide. In most cases, it takes us between 3 and 10 days to replenish items not currently in stock. Sometimes the distributor runs out of products and restocking may take a few weeks longer. We do of course try our very best at all times to ensure that orders reach our customers as soon as possible.
Whether a product is in stock or not, you can always place your order. By clicking on the "PURCHASE" button, the product that you have selected will be placed in your shopping cart and we will send it to you as soon as it becomes available. |

How we send orders TIENDA OCIOJOVEN delivers orders in 24-48 hours (*) by express courier service with SEUR, the leading Spanish express courier company. Deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world are made through its international agent network.
TIENDA OCIOJOVEN guarantees shipment of all items in stock within 24-48 hours (working days) for all orders received by our offices before 16:00 from Monday to Thursday or before 14:00 on Friday (GMT +1), with the exceptions listed in the shipping zone tables. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be considered to have been received on the next working day.
If your order includes reservations or items that are not in stock, you can choose to receive your order either as a SINGLE DELIVERY (which we will dispatch when your order is complete) or in TWO DELIVERIES (the first of which will contain the items that are currently available, followed by a second delivery of the remaining items). Split orders will be treated as separate orders when calculating shipping costs. There may be no dispatch cost if each order fulfils the conditions listed below.

Tariffs and taxes In orders shipped outside the European Union, all duty and taxes associated with the purchase are at your expense, in accordance with the legal provisions in force. In these shipments the declared value for customs purposes will be the amount of the bill in euros. The total charges and duties payable vary from country to country and must be paid in cash on receipt of the order. Invoices for orders sent outside the European Union and to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra are billed without VAT. TIENDA OCIOJOVEN cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by Customs clearance.
Delivery-related queries and incidents If you have any delivery-related query or incident do not hesitate to get in touch with us at info@ociojoven.com or on 902157905. We will notify SEUR immediately of the incident and we will reply to you by e-mail or telephone.
If upon receipt of your order you find that the packet has suffered any kind of damage, please indicate in the delivery note that you have received the order in poor condition. You can even reject it if there is evident damage to the product. If any of the items received are damaged, please get in touch with us and we will take care of replacing them immediately - naturally, at no cost to you.
Order shipping costs Shipping costs vary according to delivery destination and may even be FREE if the order is of a certain amount. In international shipments the costs depend on the weight of the order. Following is a list of our shipping zones and corresponding rates:

When processing your order in TIENDAOCIOJOVEN you can choose between the following methods of payment:
Credit card Pay for your orders safely with the main credit cards: VISA, VISA Electron, 4B, American Express or MasterCard. If you use this form of payment, we will not charge you for your order until it has left our warehouse.
Authenticated Credit Card (Verified by Visa / MasterCard SecureCode) If you have a credit card that your bank has authorised for use in secure online stores and you have a code or password that enables you to authenticate the online payment of your orders, this is the ideal option for paying for your orders. This method of payment is completely online, which means that orders are charged in full when you complete the purchase operation.
Cash on delivery You will receive the order at your chosen dispatch address and will be charged in cash upon delivery. This method is only valid for Spain and Portugal (except Madeira and the Azores).
Bank Transfer Your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive a transfer the full amount. If you choose this method, you cannot change your order and it will be sent when it is complete. All transfers must be made in euros.
ING Orange Account Payment If you have an account at the ING Bank you can pay for your order with ING Direct. You will be charged the total value of your invoice immediately. In certain cases (lack of customer details or erroneous data and orders shipped to non-EU countries, amongst others), TIENDAOCIOJOVEN reserves the right to request a specific method of payment from its customers when the purchaser's identity cannot be reliably validated.
Regardless of the method of payment chosen, the shipping cost, delivery time and conditions under which shipment is free of charge remain the same.
All payments must be made in EUROS.

These are the answers to the most frequently asked questions that we receive. We hope that they help to resolve any queries you might have.
Question: If I see on the website that products are out of stock, do I have to wait for OCIOJOVEN NETWORKS, S.L. to restock them before I place my order? Answer: You do not have to wait. Your orders can include references that are in stock, out of stock or reservations. Logically, when a product is out of stock we take a little longer to deliver it (normally between 3 and 10 days). When processing your order you can choose whether you want us make one shipment with everything that we have available at the time, along with a second shipment with the rest of the order when it becomes available, or wait until the order is complete and make a single shipment.
Question: I have lost my order number which I need for reference purposes. What can I do? Answer: In “ Your account ” there is a section where you can view all the orders that you have made in the last 90 days, listed with their order numbers. You can also use this section to change or cancel an order.
Question: How can I change my user details once I have registered? Answer: If you wish to alter your billing or personal details you can get in touch with us by e-mail at info@ociojoven.com and indicate which details you wish to alter. Alternatively, you can make the changes directly on the website, in the Your account option.
Question: Is there an alternative purchasing method to the website? Answer: Yes. You can place your order by e-mail or fax if you have any problems with online purchases. All you need to do is send us your details and those of your order in a Microsoft Word DOC or text file by e-mail to info@ociojoven.com or by fax to +34916530775. We will process your order as soon as possible after receiving your message. In these cases the purchase process is slower than through the website. As such, TIENDAOCIOJOVEN does not guarantee the shipping time of 24-48 hours.
Question: If I change my mind after placing an order and wish to cancel it, what do I do? Answer: You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed. In order to cancel an order, you must get in touch with us by e-mail at info@ociojoven.com or by fax on +34916530775. You can also cancel or change your order by clicking on View orders in the menu.
Question: What should I do if I receive a faulty item? How do I return items? Answer: If you receive a faulty item with your order, simply contact us with your order details and we will exchange it for another of the same item in perfect condition. We will exchange the item at no cost to you if it is within 7 days of receiving your order.
